Inconel 600 flanges
Om Export India Pvt Ltd. manufactures Inconel 600 flanges. We manufacture customised and special features flanges for our clients. We make it in accordance with national and international quality requirements and sell it in a limited variety of sizes and thicknesses.
We work hard to deliver customised products that meet the requirements of every application. Our manufacturing and quality experts, as well as other workers, work tirelessly to provide the highest quality goods.
When a pipe joint needs to be disassembled, an Inconel Flange is used. It is primarily used to link pumps, valves, pipes, and other piping system components. To join, it is commonly welded or thread screwed. It is simple to repair and maintain.
Types of Inconel 600 Flanges
Blind flange made of alloy 600
It is manufactured without a bore and is used to fill the ends of pipes, valves, and pressure vessel openings. Blind flanges are the most stressed flange types in terms of internal pressure and bolt loading, especially at larger diameters.
Weld neck flange in nickel 600
It is a type of flange that can move stress to the pipes, resulting in a decrease in high-stress concentration at the bottom of the flange. It is also known as a tapered hub flange or high-hub flange. There are two types of welding neck flanges. The first is used with wiping, while the second is longer and cannot be used with pipes but must be used with a process plant. It is made up of a spherical fitting that extends beyond the rim’s circumference. It is often made of forging and is welded to pipes.
Slip on 600 Inconel Flange
It is essentially a ring that is installed over the pipe end, with the flange face extending sufficiently from the end of the pipe to apply welded bead to the inner diameter. As the name implies, it slips over a pipe and is so known as slip on flanges. It is a type of flange that is slightly larger than the pipe and slips over it, having an interior design. It is appropriate for low-pressure applications. It is widely used in numerous fluid pipelines.
Lap Joint Flange DIN 2.4816
It is nearly identical to a slip-on flange, with the exception of the radius at the intersection of the flange face and the bore to board the flanged portion of the Stub End. It has the ability to hold pressure that is less than, but greater than, that of Slip On flanges. Its assembly exhaustion life is one-tenth that of a Weld Neck flange. As a result, it is employed in non-critical and low-pressure applications.
Reducing flange UNS N06600
It is intended to change the size of the pipe. Its dimensions mostly correspond to larger pipe sizes, while its smaller bore corresponds to lower pipe sizes. It is available in all pressure classes and can connect two different pipe sizes. It should not be used if there is an unexpected change, such as at the pump, as this may produce unnecessary turbulence.
It is intended for use in a piping system to change the diameters. It is made up of a single flange with a separate and smaller diameter bore. It is attached by welding, glueing, or clamping a flange of the same size that is supplied with various connecting components.
Orifice Flange Inconel 600
It is used in conjunction with orifice metres to measure the flow rate of liquids or gases in a pipeline. It comes in a variety of styles, including corner tap orifice flanges, raised face weld neck orifice flanges, raised face slip-on orifice flanges, and ring-type joint weld neck orifice flanges.
Plate Flange 2.4816 Werkstoff
Flat flanges are what they’re called. It has a gasket surface that is in the same plane as the face of the bolting circle. It is also known as a flat-faced flange. It is frequently used with castings that are made of flanged fittings or mating flanges. It’s used when the counter-flanges have a flat face.
