Hastelloy Pipes & Tubes
The Hastelloy C22/C276 Pipes & Tubes come in two varieties. Firstly, there are Hastelloy Seamless Pipes and Tubes, which are made by drawing them out of a quarter and then cold-drawing them to the desired size. These have characteristics like consistent size, resistance to corrosion, affordability, and cost-effectiveness. The seamless alloy is rolled into pipes by plate rolling, which is followed by welding. Pipes are made using techniques like TIG, laser welding, and high-frequency welding.

In contrast to hot-rolled tubes and pipes, hastelloy cold-drawn pipes and tubes offer superior machinability, greater strength, and consistent liberality. Because of their improved physical properties and consistent microstructure, these pipes have higher labour efficiency. Hastelloy C22/C276 Pipes and Tubes are made via electroplating, machining, or mechanical treatments. To achieve an equal surface, the Hastelloy tubes and pipes are electropolished on both the inside and exterior surfaces.

There are four shapes available for these pipes and tubes: square, rectangular, round, and cut length. The pipes’ and tubes’ lengths are cut, double-random, and single-random. They are available in five different varieties: seamless, threaded, bevelled, fabricated, welded, and LSAW pipes.
Hastelloy C22/C276 Pipes & Tubes are used in many different applications, including ducts, dampers, scrubbers, stack-gas re-heaters, fans and fan holdings, incineration scrubber systems, fuel gas scrubbers, acid production and pickling systems, chlorination systems, cellophane manufacturing, pesticide production, sour gas wells, waste treatment, waste paper processing and pesticide production. In order to guarantee the quality of our products, we also put them through a number of tests.
