ASTM A335 P5 Pipe is a chromium-molybdenum alloy steel seamless pipe designed for high-temperature and pressure service. Also supplied as ASME SA335 Grade P5, this chrome moly pipe combines good strength, creep resistance and high-temperature performance, making it suitable for demanding industrial piping systems.

ASTM A335 Grade P5 contains approximately 4.00–6.00% chromium and 0.45–0.65% molybdenum. This alloying combination provides improved resistance to oxidation and high-temperature degradation while maintaining the mechanical strength required for pressure service.
